Basic Fish Soup

Fresh Grass Carp300 g
Ginger2 Slices
Water800 ml
Salt½ tsp
Steam or grill the fish with the ginger slices until cooked.
Put all ingredients and seasonings into the Professional High Speed Food Processor. Blend with the "Fish Soup" function. Serve.
1) The fish head, organs and other inedible parts have to be removed. 2) Make sure fish bones are blended thoroughly into a smooth consistency before consuming. 3) Replace the fish with seasonal species to obtain a versatile taste. Make more fish soup in one go and save it as fish stock. The fish soup can be stored in the fridge for up to 1-2 weeks.
