Put all the ingredients into the food processor and mix them into dough according to the “dough” program.
After the dough was formed, it was placed in a 2-in-1 steam oven for fermentation in a [fermentation] mode for 30 minutes.
After the completion, take out the dough and divide it into 10 portions (about 50g each). After molding, put it on a baking tray covered with butter paper and put it into a 2-in-1 steam oven to ferment in [fermentation] mode for 15 minutes.
Put the fermented dough into the halogen cooking pot and bake it at 210 degrees Celsius for about 11 minutes until golden brown.
