Stewed Oxtail in Red Wine

Ingredients:
Oxtail600g
olive oil2 tsp
Mushroom1 pack
Celery2 pc
carrot1 pc
Onion½ pc
Tomato paste½ can
Wine150ml
Bay Leaf2pc
SaltTo Taste
Grounded pepperTo taste
Steps:

Turn on the Ultimate Rice Cooker and select the "Meat" mode for pre-heating the cooker. Keep the lid open.
2.
Fried the oxtails. Take it out when it turn browned. Put mushroom, carrot, onion and Celery into the cooker and fried it until soft. And put the fried oxtail and tomato paste into the cooker.

Stir it and add wine and bay leaf (all the ingredients should be covered with wine). Set the timer to 40 minutes and close the lid.

When the stream is released completely, season it with salt and pepper. Done.
