Stewed Oxtail in Red Wine

Ingredients:
Oxtail600g
olive oil2 tsp
Mushroom1 pack
Celery2 pc
carrot1 pc
Onion½ pc
Tomato paste½ can
Wine150ml
Bay Leaf2pc
SaltTo Taste
Grounded pepperTo taste
Steps:

Heat oil with the Smart Auto IH Stir Fryer. Put in oxtail, onion, carrot, tomato, celery, thyme, rosemary, red wine, bay leaf and tomato paste. Mix well, add beef stock and let boil. Put on the lid and switch to “Beef Brisket”/"Braise" mode .

Skim excess oil. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Serve.
