Frequently Asked Questions

helpWhat is the difference between “Set Time” and “Work Time” shown on the screen of Sous Vide Circulator? How can I adjust them?

Category: Slow Cook Circulator
Usage
Importance: star_ratestar_ratestar_ratestar_rate
Difficulty: star_ratestar_rate
Answer:

“Set Time” is the cooking time you can preset by scrolling the scroll wheel up and down. It’s user’s desired cooking time. Whereas “Work Time” indicates the actual operating time which is to keep track of the cooking progress. This cannot be adjusted by user.

When “Work Time” reaches “Set Time”, the Sous Vide Circulator will beep to remind user that the cooking is done. Please be aware that the Circulator does not automatically stop even when “Work Time” passes “Set Time”. User can remove the food from the water, then press and hold the “SET” button to stop the beeping as well as the operation.
